Here's where you can find many of the forms & handouts for nTyme. Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer in order for you to view many of these files. Download a free copy of Acrobat Reader at Adobe's website.

New Member Forms: (new members - fill out these forms and bring them to the next rehearsal)
Membership Form: New members must fill out this form.
Student Rules of Conduct: Code of Conduct for students in nTyme groups.
Parent Rules of Conduct: Code of Conduct for volunteers and parents.
Volunteer Form: Volunteers need to help nTyme! Please fill out this form if you can help.

Corporate Sponsorship Forms:
Corporate Sponsorship Letter: Donation request letter from Corporate Sponsorship Chairpersons.
Sponsorship Contact Information: Form to provide corporate contact information to nTyme.

Ensemble Schedule: '08-'09 schedule for nTyme ensembles.
Elementary School Info Packet: Music program info handed out at the beginning of the school year.
TUSD Volunteer Form: Volunteers must have form on file to help out at certain events.
Photo Publication Consent Form: Consent form to publish photos on nTyme's website.
Scholarship Application: Graduating Seniors, return to Mrs. Eddow by June 28th (deadline extended).
